I entered a contract with CASH NOW 3/05 for three atm machines and paid them $30,000 for them. My delivery date was supposed to be 6/05. When 8/05 came along and my machines were still not delivered, I decided to get a lawyer to retreive my money due to breach of contract. Now it is 2/06 and I still have no money and no machines. I can reach no one who I worked with earlier. Every phone number, address, etc. no longer exists. I would like to join with you others with the same difficulties to try to regain our HUGE loses. Throughout this whole process, I received excellent service and help from Gary McNulty(Vice President), Janet Smith(sales consultant), and Dave Grimm(Locator) until the time came to deliver the machines. That makes this whole thing that much harder to swallow. These three people answered every question I had promptly, returned my calls promptly, and made me feel very comfortable. This, like you others, has caused great distress in my life. I had been a saver when I was young, and was fortunate enough to have $30,000. When I got married, bought a house, had two children life became financially much more difficult. My wife quit her job after we started having children so she could stay home and raise them. My income wasn't enough to support my family, so spending the $30,000 I had on this atm business was supposed to be the answer. Well, now I have no $30,000 or anything in return. I cannot support my family, we are going to be forced to sell our home very soon, and this has caused a tremendous amount of stress for me and my wife.
