The site you told to go to within 48 hours of purchase to be eligable and you will need to complete a survey. The site is bogus nothing ever comes up on the page except "cannot access". Ok this site pulls up for me but I do not have a code. I do on the other hand take customers to the site every day to express their experience in our store. I am curious that because your internet is blocking it as to why you spam the net? Sales - Columbus, Ohio U.S.A.

there is a survey

"Circuit City Survey Ripoff Survey site after purchase to win $1000 gift card is bogus ripoff waste of time. Boardman Ohio" i called circuit city about this problem at that address listed on there sales receipt "www.circuitcity.com/survey" when i talked to a sales/tech person this is what i was told to put into the address bar www.circuitcity.com\survey see the differance in the forward slash and the back slash thats all it took and i filled the survey out and all was good.. i hope this will help out other people.. The site works for me

Rather than blast Circuit City for something that is not their fault, why don't you turn off your pop-up blocker and web restricted access just long enough so you can take this survey? I tried the website and it worked fine for me! Peter - Pony, Alabama U.S.A.
